  Reflections on Teaching: Growth, Challenges & New Insights 📅 January 6, 2025 – January 17, 2025 The past two weeks have been a blend of achievements and challenges , shaping my growth as a teacher. With each lesson, I feel more confident in classroom management and lesson delivery , ensuring that my students remain engaged and eager to learn. Making Lessons More Engaging To capture students’ interest, I focused on storytelling and real-life examples to make lessons relatable. This approach sparked curiosity and encouraged active participation.   Growing as an Educator: A Journey of Learning and Adaptation 📅 December 5, 2024 – December 10, 2024 & December 30, 2024 – January 3, 2025 The past two weeks have been a transformative experience in my journey as a training teacher. With each lesson I delivered, I felt my confidence growing, allowing me to experiment with new teaching methods and refine my approach. From lesson planning to student engagement, every day brought new challenges and valuable learning experiences. Embracing Creativity in Teaching To make lessons more engaging, I incorporated visual aids and interactive activities , which had a noticeable impact on student participation.
